Misbehaviou

This is to inform that i prem dutt meharotra age 62 yr took loan from hdfc (housing loan) i regulary deposit my monthly installment. this month the hdfc rathyatra branch manager demanded to deposit two months installments. i refused he talked very badly and ordered the bank staff to not to deposit the installment untill i give two installment. though i am depositing my monthly installment he even abused me and threatens me to see when i warned them to complaint in the consumer forum the manager mr dutta and mr ashish tandon of lucknow branch talked very badly and refused to deposit the installment.my loan ac no is 2872445 i m residing in virat villa vmehmoorganj varanasi. sir i m really shocked with their talking misbehaviour sir i have taken loan not sold my dignity sir i m of their father age. but they talked misbehaviourly i m ready with my installment but they are not depositing it. please accept my complaint a have also e-mailed my complaint to loan support@hdfc.com but they are not interested in replying me.

so kindly consider the matter.
