Application pending for over 2 months

I wanted a home loan for 15.5 L and my file number is 600641186

its been around 2 months since i applied for home loan and its not approved yet. I have been solving some or the other query that they the bank have in my file and now after 2 months my file is still not processed and the issue is unknown. I have been following up for more than a month now and when I called Mr. Kaushik in munirka branch and asked him if there is any pendency in my file let me know or if you cant process it for loan send it back to me, so he has returned the file to the agent without telling the reason. Every time my file goes to the branch it took almost 7 - 10 days to tell me what is wrong or missing in my file.
