HDFC Alkapuri Baroda-not giving the offer as promised

We have taken home loan from HDFC during that time it was promised by HDFC person that the processing fee of the loan amount will be return for the TCS employees once the loan approved, we have selected HDFC because of this offer. We are also TCS Employess and chasing from last 6 months but not getting proper response. Even the sales manger of HDFC alkapuri branch Mr. Sunil Sah (9328244248) is not responding to our ph calls.

we have lost our pateince to chase any more into this. Request you to please take some serious action so that we will get our money soon.
