Reason :- I requested a home construction loan from HDFC bank dated 31st December which they promised they will sanction in 15-20 days as my papers were clear and also I had a salary account. Later on after a month (around mid Jan) they said they cannot sanction this loan due to some problem. Now they gave my documents back and then said processing fees refund will take some time. Now they keep on telling you will get it in some time.
