Misguide by agent

Sir, An agent of HDFC come and ask me open my account for 1year FD of 17, 000 Rs in HDFC with 15% interest. Everybody know that HDFC is a famous bank so i am no doubt about it. I agree and gave him 17, 000 Rs. After 1year HDFC call me that i fill my next installment of 17, 000 i shocked i go HDFC office they say that this is HDFC bank u go in HDFC LIFE because this is ur insurance policy not FD.Then i go HDFC LIFE they tell me that i fill again 17, 000 and every year because this is 16 year insurance policy i shocked and come. Next day i go again and tell them that agent tell me for 1year FD but they say that they cannot do anything. After I go many time i loose my temper then they say ok u write a complaint we submit it our office. I write all my problem. Within 1 month they reply that ur request for back ur money denied because u learn all booklet before signature. Sir I have tears in my eyes because it is my 4year saving money. Sir I have a small shop i donot make enough money from it Sir what can i do 17, 000 is a huge amount for me. I understand only that agent tell me .i go many time office but i feel helpless.
