Loan Paid but Put A/c on Hold

This is really sad and frustrating :-Consider it as URGENT

I took a EPL (Personal loan) on HDFC bank A/c no.(00881610042707) with loan a/c no.(13272547) which was settled on 26/10

with a amount of 21000 Cash Receipt no-(21789189) and settlement letter serial no. (94295) dated 25.10.2010.

but still after finishing this loan and settlement My Another A/c (04851140169539) of HDFC Bank has been put on HOLD without intimating me about it with (21000 Rs).

I am a married guy with 2 dependents and left with no money, how shell i fulfill my commitments?

I did called the hdfc customer care and they gave Me Reference No:-266280022 and grievance dept with TF388990067 .

but was told that this will be actioned in 7 days how will i live with a family without funds for these 7 days?

The person who settled my Loan on 25.10.2010 was Mr Tyagi -9810779205 in front of his Manager Mr Shashi Sharma -9312964357

and they assured that no such problems would occur on my account further.

Still in My New HDFC A/c (04851140169539) is on hold. Which is really not acceptable and really big time frustrating and a worst feeling for the bank.

Please get it resolved on ASAP Basis since i have no funds for the urgent commitments for this and next month.

consider this as a last request from my end and if no action taken soon i will have to approach the consumer

court with all the valid documents duly signed by the collector and Manager of HDFC bank.
