HDFC NET BANKING
Yearly statement viewing and Downloading problem in netbanking

I was using HDFC bank since last few years, I am having problem in downloading yearly statement with netbanking of HDFC bank

I have also tried to ask online with their contact forms but they are also failed to send my problem to bank.

So I think they are stopping complains coming by net.

I dont want to contact to branch each time the problem arise.
