HDFC NetBanking
NON Operational Net Banking

HDFC Netbanking is out of reach for the last 4 days from 27th Septemeber to 30th September. The HDFC netbanking site is down from the dates mentioned above without any information from HDFC that they are down for maintenance. It is very sad state of affairs at HDFC that they have chosen to upgrade / maintain their site at this moment in the year when evrey customer would like to file their returns and pay taxes online.

Very insnesitive of HDFC. Poor planning. Taking customers for Granted is the biggest crime an organisation can commit in todays world.

Sorry to say but HDFC does not deserve to be a top bank in any country.
