HDFC Pension Plan
Not recieved the policy documents

Sir,

I am a NRI living abroad, during my visit to Bangalore in November i was contacted by your telebanking division on phone and convinced me to take the HDFC pension plan, i was later communicated by your bank agent who came home and collected a cheque of 50000 rs towards the policy, till date i have no information about the policy papers, i am not able to contact any one, who, can give me information about the policy, the only documentation i have is a mail from your bank staff in bangalore called Poornima, i have sent her a number of mails regarding the same query with no reply.

I expected the bank to be more professional in their correspondence, even if my initial problems get solved, i am not sure how to pay the subsequent instalments and how to continue with this relationship for 5 years.

I am at present left with no receipt from your agent, the only proof is that your bank has withdrawn the said amount from my account.

I appreciate if this can be sorted out and some representative contact me on mail or phone and have the policy papers delivered to the address of correspondence mentioned on the application signed by me.
