HDFC Personal Loan
Complaint regarding EMI

Hi,

I took personal loan worth 1.5 lakhs from HDFC bank in Oct till date I'm paying EMIs on time. HDFC bank is taking EMIs from my ABN AMRO bank instead of HDFC account. But DEC '09 EMI returned back to my ABN Amro account stating "RETURNED:410975:NO SUCH ACCOUNT" and the "INWARD ECS RETURN CHARGES" has been levied on my account. When the money is in my account then why should I pay inward ECS charges?

I need help what to do about this, I have registered complaint with ABN Amro bank as well as HDFC bank but not getting possitive response. Please advise as it is a mental harrassment.
