I wanted to Pre-close my Personal for tat im sending the email im getting bounce back from loansupport@hdfcbank.com

Hi,

This is Ram, i have taken HDFC personal from chennai, Now i wanted to pre-close my personal, in that case im sending the mail to loansupport@hdfcbank.com, to give me the statement for pre-closure, so that i can make the payment and close my Personal Loan soon, i have sent thrice to this mail id, stil i didnt get any response from them... some time im getting mail delivery failure, and also i spoke to the customre care they are giving the same email id, where i above mentioned, please let me to whom i can contact this issue???
