HDFC Personal Loan
Rejection of my Personal Loan Application without any satisfactory reason and Misbehavior from Sales Stuff

Please note, that I applied for a loan to do some renovation work in my house on 04 October to Mr Sanat Kr Halder of HDFC Tollygunge, Kolkata Branch and unfortunately the application said to be rejected without showing any proper reason for that as of now; I have not received any rejection/cancellation letter till date. Moreover, as per my knowledge all the required documents I have submitted and nothing more was asked further.

Not only My loan was verbally rejected by that fellow sales person without any reason; that particular fellow misbehaved with me as if there was fun on it; moreover to my utter surprise the next day the loan application was rejected I received a call for personal loan from some Fullerton co. executive and that executive admitted he got my mobile no. from this fellow. This only signifies that this scrap might not processed my loan application at all so that he may earn some extra incentive by some other way. I also found in some documents my signature also was duplicated!!! What kind of banking relation is this?? who permits bank personnel to do this illegal things??

I am really disappointed, I don't need any more loans from this organization but only I need proper explanation of these acts -

Why my loan application got rejected.?

If rejected why proper reason was not given - why any letter was not dispatched till date?

The kind of reception I faced - How can this organization claim proper relationship with a customer?

Why with out my consent my Mobile no. was shared to other organization? Is this the kind of privacy policy you are maintaining?

Why my signatures was duplicated? Who permits this, with what authority?

Also I wish a strict action to this kind of sales person. If bank believes the person is not eligible for loan then why this sort of fake dramas were organized?
