Ejection of my application

I have applied for personel loan HDFC BANK enhancement in srinagar branch and for the 3rd time my application has been rejected and this time the bank has crossed the limit the have gone for all the verifications like my home my head office and even they have made the calls to my bosses and at the last moment they are saying i have a cheque bounce in the month of dec 09 which i was supposed to deposit till 7th evening but due to some miscalculation the same has been deposited on 8th .and i remember the bank itself has withdrawn my EMI on 8th /9th of the month when that time there was not any problem how is it possible now it means that bank can overlook there mistakes and if the customer has done a minor mistake it would be highlited.so iam very much annoyed with the bank now you suggest me when my own bank is not helping me when i am in need should i close my all accounts and policies from the bank and go to some other bank.
