Hdfc personnel loan
A/c Closing Charges

Dear Sir,

I had taken personnel loan. I has paid 18 nos. Emi out of 36 nos. Emi. Now I want to Pre CloseThe said PL A/c. But Bank is charging 4% surcharge on remaning amount. As per reserve bank INSTRUCTION no one bank will charge amount on the closing of any a/c.

So pl you are requested to do needful.
