Processing fee refund for home loan

Dear Sir,

Subject: Home Loan Processing Fee Refund (Rs11, 000).

Home Loan Account Number :068101000040.

Sir, my name is S.Lakshmi Siresha the mandate account holder for her home loan account. And am approaching you with extreme unhappiness and disappointment only to explain you the series of events am going through to get the refund as promised by the bank.

We approached HDFC bank Tarnaka Hyderabad for home loan and the entire processing has been undertaken by the executive Surya Prakash whose contact number is 9885882991 and to our disappointment our loan got rejected and we only came to know about this when my parents had visited the branch office in tarnaka and spoke to the manager in that office.

Sir also i had to cancel my trip to USA three times which costed me few thousands only to get confirmation about the loan accepted or rejected.

Once we are informed about the loan rejected we asked for the loan processing refund as was promised by the bank. They had only submitted the documents back to us on 28/10 and promised to send the refund cheque in 10/14 days from then. They only kept about promising but we never received the cheque despite the numerous phone calls to Surya Prakash and now he is asking to visit the branch office after this long period.

Sir, kindly help me as i have undergone lot of trauma and disappointment. I want compensation from the bank for the loss of money/time/ and trauma.

Please assist me.

I have all the necessary documents and executive's false promises and false deadlines only makes me unhappy.
