30% charge on my pf

I worked for

Iam recently resing in hdfcslic. Last week i went hdfc h. Madam iwant withdraw my pf amuount.

She told me that ok. but she told me that 30% of tax on ur pf. I cant understand. my told me that to me

pf is saving, its a non taxable. may i know the deatisl. sir.

please do the needful.
