PF not released even after strong continuous follow up of 2 yrs

Pals be ware of service level commitments from hdfc either customer or employee or agent. I worked for the company for 2 yrs and I know the process of the company even after knowing its been more than two years am constantly following them for pf still the only jargon they convey is wait for next 3 (its been 8 three months passed and 9th started) months. This is how they treat those who deals with them, I afraid what would happen with ignorant customers who invest with the company and don't know any process.
