Non refund of premium paid after cancellation of the policies

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I, Lalit Valecha, holder of Policy No. 13444867 & 13444868, victim of a misleading sale by the HDFC Bank Staff. I had surrendered both of my policies under HDFC Standard life's free look cancellation withing 15 days of issue of the policies. And i was been conveyed by the staff that the refund will take place within 10 days of surrendering the policies for cancellation.

Its been more than a month, as i submitted both of my insurance policies on the 16th day of Feb.

The premium amount paid by me is Rs. 1 lakh for each policy.

Please look into the matter.
