HI SIR, I M IN A VERY DRASTIC CONDITION AS UR COMPANY HAS MENTALLY HARRASSED ME ALOT AND I DON'T KNOW WAT SHALL I DO TO UR COMPANY FOR THIS. I CAN'T IMAGINE THAT A MULTI NATIONAL BANK HAVE DONE THIS TO ME. I HAD BEEN FRAUDED BY UR COMPANY PEOPLE. UR COMPANY PERSON HAD USED MY DOCUMENTS AND CREATED A ADVISOR CODE IN MY NAME AND HE USED ALL MY DETAILS TO MAKE HIS MONEY SINCE AUG.2008. AS I M WORKING WITH ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSUARANCE COMPANY SINCE JAN.ONE OF UR EMPLOYEE NAMED VINAY BADHURIA (SDM) IN NOIDA SEC-51 BRANCH HAD USED MY DOCUMENTS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE IN AUGUST AND CREATED A ADVISOR CODE TO FRAUD PEOPLE AND YES HE HAS FRAUDED PEOPLE AND UR COMPANY ALSO BY MAKING POLICIES INGENUINE. I WANT TO ASK U WHY UR COMPANY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AGAINST HIM AT TIME WHEN HE WAS THERE.HOW CAN A COMPANY CAN ISSUE ADVISOR CODE TO A PERSON WHO IS PHYSICALLY NOT IN THE COMPANY. MY QUESTION IS HW CAN ONE COMPANY ISSUE A LICENCE TO A PERSON WHO IS WORKING WITH OTHER COMPANY AT THE SAME TIME. HW CAN IRDA TRANSFER MY LICENCE TO UR COMPANY UNTIL AND UNLESS I GIVE REQUEST TO TRANSFER MY LICENCE.AND WHEN I WENT TO THE SEC-51 BRANCH OF HDFCSLIC THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING REGARDING THIS CASE AS THIS FRUD PERSON HAD LEFT IN JANUARY. THE SHOCKING NEWS FOR ME IS I M WORKING WITH UR COMPANY FROM AUGUST AND I M NOT KNOWN THAT IS HAPPENNING WITH ME. AND THE LATEST SHOCKING NEWS FOR ME IS THAT I M TERMINATED BY MY COMPANY ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS FOOLISH REASON FOR WHICH I M NOT RESPONSIBLE. I M MENTALLY HARRASSED BY UR COMPANY PEOPLE AND ALL MY COMMISSIONS ARE STOPPED BY MY COMPANY AND NW I M UNEMPLOYED AND ITS REALLY A SHOCKING TIME FOR ME. SO I REQUEST U TO KINDLY TAKE UP MY CONCERN VERY SERIOUSLY AND I WANT POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM U. AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANY CONFIRMATION FROM HDFCSDLIC NOIDA BRANCH THAT I M NOT WORKING WITH THEM ON THERE LETTERHEAD. THEY WERE SAYING THEY CAN'T GIVE ANY THING IN WRITING AND THEY CAN'T HELP ME FOT THIS. THIS IS WAT HAD HAPPENED WITH ME TILL DATE. SO I WANT UR HELP AND I WANT TO SUE THIS BRANCH FOR DOING FRAUD WITH ME AND NONRESPONSIVENESS FOR MY QUERY. I MET MR.BIST (SDM) THERE AND MRS.RATNA REGARDING THIS BUT THAT IS OF NO USE. PLS HELP ME FOR THIS CRITICAL CASE AND I M HELPLESS
