Changing of Agency Code

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a financial advisor (agent) of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co Ltd., and my advisor code is 00042010. My IRDA License expiry date was 11 and when i contacted the company for renewal they completed all the formalities and after one month or so a new agency code was provided to me by the company 00333940.

I contacted the company on this and they refuse to provide me my old advisor (agent) code and now i am unable to give service to my old customers as all the details is in my old advisor code.

So kindly help me out to get back my old advisor code.
