Cheating people with wrong information about their policies

Hi,

1 month back I applied for cancellation of fraud policy of HDFC Standard Life Insurance (Name of the Plan: HDFC Unit Linked Wealth Multiplier) and still am struggling to get back the money from this Fraud Company.

The amount for us is huge (Rs.250000) and there is no correct Information from the company when the money will be refunded. Though it is mentioned that once the policy is cancelled money will be refunded back in 5 days.

The employee of this Company are cheating people by giving wrong information and taking out the hard earned money from local people.

They said if invested 250000 for 3 consecutive years 25 lakhs will be refunded at 7th year.

They never mentioned that this mutual fund policy and high risk is involved in such investments.
