HDFC Standard Pension Plan
Unnecessary Amount Debited from Credit Card

Hi,

I took HDFC Standard Pension Plan on 13 November. HDFC Standard debited instead of Rs15000 Rs. 5000 from my Credit card. I inform customer care that HDFC standard have debited Rs 5000 instead of Rs 15000.Then told that sir we have debited Rs 15000.its reflecting in our database. ECS of Rs 5000 monthly started from febuary 13. When I checkd my credi card statment I found that HDFC standard have debited Rs 15000 on febuary 2010 and Rs 5000 on date 13/02.

When I talk to cusomer care about debited amount Rs 15000 then told we have not debited Rs 15000 on 13/11 that why we have debited Rs 15000 now. I told that HDFC Standard had debited Rs 5000 on date 13/11 then they told that no we have not debited any extra amount. I have sent credit card statment mail multile times to customer care, and SEVIRCE .I have sent mail to some Senior persion in same organisation but no one is responding with proper solution. They only saying that no we have debited any extra amount.

Please do the need full .i am suffering from HDFC Standard but I am getting solution how to get my money back?
