Sir/ Madam,

With due regard I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that I am not getting the mails about my Investment being done through SIP vide Foilo No.5977965/47 with HDFC Top 200. My e-mail address as supplied earlier is – roktimkv@yahoo.co.in.

In addition to this I also like to switch over my existing accumulation from HDFC Top 200 Dividend Reinvestment option to HDFC Top 200 to Growth option. Please advice further in this regard.

Kindly arrange to send my receipt/ statement against my account at the earliest.
