HDFC Two wheeler loan
NOT GETTING RESPONCE FOR ANYTHING

Dear Sir / Madam,

Good Morning.

I want to inform you that my father having a Two wheeler loan from HDFC bank - Gilinder House Kolkata.

The loan was taken on approx. Apr.2008 & in the month of May he was expired due to a heart attack. My mother was intimated the same to the respective bank by REGD. A/d letter but they were refused to take the same. In that letter my mother had expalined the situation of our family that days & request the bank to take the EMI amuont after some days. Due to the financial crisis my mom didnot able to arrange the EMI amount at proper time due to which they have charged extra amount continiously.

I have communicate the same to the representative of HDFC bank - Miss. Papri Ghosh but she responce very badly when I have asked her to sent me the o/s Loan amount statement.

I request you sir kindly look into the matter & arrange to let me know the proedure of closure the said loan amount without those extra charges.
