This is with reference to statement of account dated 21/10/08 showing value of Fund

Rs. 23, 212-89 for the first year against our monthly installments of Rs 5, 000/- .Which is

very disgusting and straight away cheating which is 22% reduction in investment. As

I have been given projection at least 16% appreciation at the time of policy taken by your

one of companies executive.

So kindly I hereby request to please make arrangement for surrender of said policy or

if you have any other option to convert into otherwise give payment of balance amount.

Further I want to tell you about your caption “Sar Utha Ke Jiyo”which is totally against

the meaning. Please give me one answer How one person can move Sar Utha ker when

your company cut the head without any sound.

I hereby want to inform you that this complete information I am going to give to media.

So that any other person can not be cheated.
