I RAJAN LUTHRA have been using Hdfc credit card from last 2 years. On 30/11 at around 8;00 P.M i recieved a call on my mobile from hdfc card survilance that if i am buying any Jewellry, i responded NO, they said somebody is using my card, i told them the card is in my pocket, and verified them by telling the card no. on there demand. then immediately i blocked my card.

From next day i.e. 01/12 when i inquired from bank i was told that the card was used at three places from afternoon till night for a total amount of rs 84540/-. which i haven, t used. I told the bank that i have been cheated, they gave the assurance that investigation are on and they are looking into the matter. After that all the formalities required by the bank are completed by me and provided them the necessary information needed by them'

I even lodge the complaint at my residential area police station 0n 05/11 for the cheat.

But now the bank has the whole amount outstanding in my name, and they are asking me to deposit it, which is totally injustice to me as i am not related to it. kindly help me to get the justice... thanking u
