HDFC VISA SIGNATURE CARD
MEMBERSHIP FEE

I have taken a visa signature card from HDFC. When the card was offered, it was informed to me by the agent Mr. Pradeep that the Membership fee has been waived for me. However, the organisation has been charging me membership fees in my bill. Despite repeated complaints, no action is being taken by the HDFC authorities in this regard. My card no. is 4181-3610-0000-6964. I have never seen such a callous and indifferent attitude from any such authorities till date. My contact no. is 90300-31333/98487-31333.
