Unauthorised transaction

With reference to an sms dt 16.12.09 time: 11.41 pm from TA-SBI card I would like to inform that the sms shows 'transaction of Rs. 7, 237.39/- made on sbi credit card xx7848 at PAYPAL * ZYNGAGAMENE on 16th Dec, 09' whereas I didn't buy any kind of this product and it's totally unknown to me. May I request you that it's an unauthorised transaction and make sure that no debit is shown on my account in this connection.

I have already cmplained to the customer care (RQ No. 83510006506, Receiver's Name. Ms. Amrita) I have also deactivated my card and apllied for new card.
