Discrepancy in credit card transactions

Hi,

I am Archana Gupta from Hella Electronics development centre, Baner, Pune. Wewere offered credit cards alongwith our salary accounts opening in July. we were told by your representative that for the credit card an amount of Rs 250 would be deducted ANNUALLY from our accounts, so this was supposed to be the ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE. while in my case this is being taken as the joining fee and i keep getting the credit card statements every month with interest being added to this amount of RS 250 which has now become Rs1, 355.13. I went to the nearest branch, there i was told to send this mail, and that the amount would be reverted back. so pls take neccessary steps as early as possible.
