Nt receiving of Pancard

I am a partner of M/s Sai Durga Associate My Firm's PAN card has been dispatched by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd Courier vide airway bill no. 2799303220 on 2nd SeptemberBut till date i.e. 14/09 I have not received my PAN Card.

Requesting the NSDL to re-despatch the PAN CArd and oblige. when i track my pan card the courier company details are showing that my pan card dispatched on 10.09.2009 received by Mr. Jetendra but there is no any person named Mr. Jitendra.

My address is same as filled up in PAN Form 49A
