DENIAL OF REIMBURSEMENT

My wife Mrs. MIMI SUR got her hip replacement done from MIOT hospitals Chennai. We are suppose to get reimbursement from Heritage HealthTPA, but they denied the payment saying there is lock in period of 4 years. If it is not a pre-existing disease then what is this issue of lock in perod. Previously inspite of sending the required documents several times they denied that they received anything from our end. Later on they accepted that they have received it but came up with this new hitch. In the process they have delayed the process & unnecessarily harassed me. Huge amount has been spent in this process. We are waiting to recover more than 1 lakh amount. Please do consider our case as we are badly in need of money.
