Heritage Health TPA PVT LTD, has denied repaying my calim. Futher more the reception of Heritage reponds "go and file a case we don't bother any complains or courtcase"

I was admitted in hospital, last year. In the month of August they confimed to refund the amount. But when I called them this year in Jan they say "we have sent 5 enquires, which were not answered". I know it for sure that none of the enquires reached me neither my hospital.

Last year when I went there in Sep for submitting my papers, I did see an old man begging for his claim and the office staffs were mocking at him, he literally had to bend down on his knees.

Also note: when we spoke about the calim with the agent he answers "you have to give bribe of atleast Rs 5000/- then only you case can be considered" (I dont have the agent code handy with me, right now)

Any any one say what to do and where to complain?

ALSO NOTE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH HERTIGAE OR ANY OTHER MEDICLAIM OR INSURANCE COMPANY.

I lost a huge amount nealry a 1.5 lakh rupees, firstly we have to pay a huge amount for the policy and 2nd clearing my hospital bill on my own
