Non-Receipt of Mediclaim Amount and Denial of Cashless Treatment

I have a mediclaim policy with Heritage Health TPA PVT LTD. I was admitted in Nichani Health Centre, Chennai in the month of December for a period of 6 days. For 5 days, I was under the impression that I am getting cashless treatment but on the day of discharge, The Heritage Health, Chennai branch informed me that I cannot avail cashless treatment.

Let me inform you that I have a list where Nichani Hospital comes under Cashless Treatment Hospitals. Even after 2 months, I have not yet received my mediclaim amount. I can feel that there is a willful delay on part of Heritage Health and I will sue this company for denying me cashless treatment.
