Deduction of amount from credit card

Transaction of Rs. 4545 made on SBI Credit Card XX7786 at IVRHERITAGE HOLIDAYS P on 23 May11. I Rabindra Nath Ghosh the primary account holder of this card was shocked when i found this message on my mobile phone I have received a call from land line number 911130269500 saying that you will be getting gift Reebok sun glass and wrist watch from HERITAGE HOLIDAYS PVT. in the scheme of money saver and that will be absolutely for free. Also for verification they asked for my card number and the CVV number. Please get to know which is the organisation who is doing this fraud and i want this issue to be escalated to the highest level because its a huge amount that has been deducted and that to without any reasons.
