Theft of vichle by recovery agent

This to inform that my 2 wheeler has been theft by recovery agent this people came for recovery but they required cash i insisted on chq and then they told for setlement in 1/2 the remainig loan amt i.e (16000/2=8000) 8000 Rs

i ask for noc letter from bank they told me to give the amt in cash then only they will give me NOC this matter has run for almost 6-8 months

now they robbed the vichle after attaining thier call i reply abt police complain they told they have sessed the vichle my vichle no is MH 05 ak 9443
