Wrong computation of Income tax

Hewitt associates has computed my income tax for the year 2010 in a very irresponsible manner, due to which at the end of the year I received a negative salary, saying that I have to payback the money to company. They showed deduction values u/s VI A, which doesn't match with any of my investment proofs. When I queried regarding how they arrived at that value, there is no response from them. This clearly shows their recklessness behaviour towards customer.
