I am Sandip Parui, resident of vill-rathtala, P.O&P.S-Kakdwip, Dist-24 paragans, pin-743347, west bengal. At present I am constructing three storied building at kakdwip, therefore I have taken scafolding materials from a suttering shop on rental basis but after completion of job the shop keeper charging rental nearly two times than the present running rate at market.
