Hitachi AC 1.5 ton twin blower
Demo not given

I purchased 1.5 ton window AC from Gupta Electronics, Chandigarh, in July but no demo was given by the company despite reminders. The persons who came for demo made vague excuse that the AC is not installed properly, when I called the person who installed the AC and have talk with your comany's person, they fixed the time to sort out the problem, but thereafter none came to give the demo.
