I Wish to draw your attention that I Arundhati Nath, Resident of Lake town, kolkata went to your PATIPUKUR BRANCH, 847 LAKE TOWN, BLOCK-A, KOLKATA, 700089, City: KOLKATA, District: KOLKATA, State: WEST BENGAL on 5th of October to issue a draft, But your official resposible for issuing of draft, started introgating me just because i don't have an account in your bank.when i requested him to kindly issue the draft, he misbehaved with me and totally refused to issue the draft.he said me to do whatever i could do.

I have informed the incident to the bank manager.which was not fruitful.

I just want to know one thing from you.is your branch is meant to insult customers. I am mentally disturbed after the incident. I request you to take strict action.
