Pre closure of vehicle loan -penalty charging @about 5.68% is exhorbitant. Even for genuine reasons, they do not listen and riding high with the customer. never delivers NOC within 15 days. After closure, they have not delivered even after two months. after several attempts, they now say that they will forward "duplicate"

Two days before, desk service people advised it will be sent soon. It is clear that by telling "duplicate" they are liars and cannot be depended upon. When I demanded the blank cheques they replied that they are meant not for return and will be destroyed. How can i trust a liar.

it is certainly, losing its initial charm from the youngsters and already echoed its dwindling market share and decrease in its share price. Beware with icici
