Excess of forcloser amount

Dear Sir,

My credit card no. 4477470334057008 against which Ihad takenpersonal loan of Rs. 217000 a/c no.9401270151746000 and some time in June 10 I had requested for a FORECLOSER of my loan in july 27th statement I was to pay Rs.161543 along with the forcloser fees and EMI interst for 21st month and to paid by 13.8.2010 and minmum amount of Rs.154980 was also mentioned. On 8.8.2010 I had written to finance manager for wavier of my forecloser amount for which Idid not get any reply on my mobile or e mail

Imade the payment of Rs. 154980 which to my knowledge would settle my account as it reflects as per your schedule given to us and also as per your policy you do not accept part payment or the july statement must have reflected 4179.31 which will be the EMI FOR THE MONTH of july 10 . I received a statement for august 10 for Rs. 13938.39 for paying minimum amount for which Ihave made the payment and also written to headservicequality and Iam not satified with their reply and they in turn have dircted me to write to you

My point is that I should get refund of Rs 7375 RAKHI TIWARI IS DOING FAVOUR by refunding Rs 3000 ser. tax after long argument and correspondence which I thing you have ultimetly collected more from me when my account will be audited and they will order to refund to me

I am sorry to note that in my letter I had requested to assess my forecloser request to the quality dept. where in they must have heard the voice recording right from my forwarding of request and when I asked for the compsite statement of my acc. I was flooded with the monthly statment 22 e-mail and message which I had in my file which showed the arrogance of the telecaller after turning down my request for cancelling my request for which Iwas not given request number Iwould like request you to please look into the matter and if not in your side of work forward it to LEVEL 3 COMPLAINS ASTOLD TO ME
