Pan card not received

I had applied for pan card about nine years ago. i was teaching at a school at kailashahar Tripura. more than a year after applying, i got transferred to another school, netaji vidyapith, kailashahar, in the same town. i kept a keen eye but my pan cardnever reached vidyanagar school. meanwhile one well meaning person brought for me my pan card number which is AHDPS 9614G. but the card never arrived. i request the authorities to send it to either vidyanagar school, kailashahar, Tripura, or more preferably to netaji vidyapith, kailashahar, Tripura (north)
