LOAN DISBURSEMENT

I have received Preliminary E-approval letter from HDFC on 13/04 f

I gave my application and document to Santosh Tiwari from Andheri branch. I was informed that the loan will get sanction in 10 day.

I got sanction letter HDFC LOAN APPROVAL - after 55 days on 26 May.

Now during loan disbursement branch official are saying project is not approved.

whereas during application filling time that project is approved.

Branch official are saying disbursement will take place after project gets approved

I have to give builder his due by 05/06. Otherwise builder will charge interest

HDFC should have informed me that it would not be able to give loan in time

Why put me through this horror for 60 days.

Now when i try to call AGENY wont pick up the phone.
