Harrasement of part payment

Dear Sir,

My Home loan A/C NO.256675100002332 was on March and 1st disbursed on May a part payment (585000/- 135000/- for registration) total 720000/- of sanction amount 2050000/-

I submitted another part payment of Rs.600000/- last 14 days previous to the IDBI Bank Durgapur Branch but Madam Soma Dutta & Mr. Amit Dubey totally ignored the matter & unneccesory delayed causes I have to face delayed fine to the promoter which is already too late to pay the promoter.
