Cheating me, by giving me false assurance of granting the loan and after wasting 2 months time, refusing the application without giving any justifiable reason for refusal.

They kept on asking me for the doucuments one after the other and seems they were very clear with the intentions of not sanctioning loan so wasted two months by false promises and did not give me any thing in writing though insisted upon. Unfortunately dealt with persons like Nirav Shah 9825503707 and Mr. Pranav Thakkar 9825067131 who never sounded positive to sanction the loan. Verbally I was informed that it being a family transaction the loan is refused, though it is a fact that they were knowing it from day one when the documents were given to them that seller is the bhabhi and the buyer is the brother-in-law. No justifications either given by the "gentlemen"and when asked give in writing the cause of refusal they denied to give the written refusal.

It gave me a feeling that i was not asking for the loan but a favour from the two individuals named above. More shocking fact is, I am the esteemed customer of the bank and hold my saving account with the bank for last five years and more and i am a higher secondary teacher working in a very reputed school of ahmedabad enjoying a senioor most position in the school.
