Home loan application is nit processed till date

Sir,
I have submitted my doc for home loan on 28th March. LIC housing person promised me that she will give sanction latter on 10th april or 15th april but they have not done single step towards the process and have not been communicated to me. I was following to get done but no response from officer.
They have taken Extra money from me to process application. Now they are saying we will take more time and if you want take your file return.
This going to be finacial loss for me
