Loan NO: HLBNG1004021;Office of india bulls, Koramangla, bangalore

Details: My name is muralikrishnan. V.I had applied for this loan more than three months back. The agent Mr.manish was very prompt in his first (and last) visit to take ny application (this application was messed up subsequently and i gave a second application recently (after the loan santioning). For first two months no response form manish. After i pursued himfor several times (he does not respond easily in his mobile) he made me to sign lots of papers in koramangla offce and i gave ten blanc signed cheques. All agreements and original cas paid receipts (from my side to builder) were given. Firsat demand note by builder is pending for the past one month. No action taken. Last minute iwas asked to arrange tripartrite agreement (for which Rs.300 cash collected by manish and not accounted for), which i had to get from builder after paying Rs.300 again to builder. This agreenent is yet to be collected by manish. If i go to koramangla office i am forced to wait for more than hour in the reception and afgter that the contact person (madamme jayanti) comes and even she is not able to give proper answes to why the dispersement is not taking place. Whom shoul i contact for giving a writen complaint. If this is the case before loan sanctioning then what will be my fate after. Excess deduction etc are bound to happen.

The worst part is manish is so careless about followups that we are just groping in the dark with pressures building up from builder day by day.

Some body please act fast and see our loan is released.

The sardonic fact remains that i am yet to receive the loan sanction letter but i was given a loan number by M.Yayanthi.

God save me form this mess. I will be much grateful if my papers are returned to me so tyhat i can approach a more respectful and reliable fincing company like HDFC.
