Higher rate of interest

I have taken a home loan from GE MONEY (LAN GDGL00007173) on 12- dec on 9.75 %. but suddenly after 2 months they increases my rate of interest to 12.40 % . now iam deposit my installment regular from 3 years but my loan ammount is same as three year before and also they increases my installment and tenure, i can`t understand how to finish this loan in EMI, i complaint many times to customer care but no body entertain me now i m requesting you to please help me as soon as possible and do legal action to GE MONEY as possible.
