Extra deduction of Processing money

Sir,

I applied for Top up loan on my Property Initially bank sanctioned me 7.0lacs loan and deducted processing fees RS.7722, after one month when time came for money disbursment, they told me that property valuation letter has been lost through bank then they again did third party property valuation, finally they reduce the valuation of my propety and bank told me that you will get only 3.25 lacs, They took Processing money as per 7.0 lacs and loan given is only 3.25 lacs, so I want to get return of my balance processing money through bank which has been duducted extra.
