Form 12 C/ Tax deduction certificate

HI,

I have taken home loan from Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd, 8/1 Middleton Row, Kolkata-700071, last year, but I had contact in your local branch to issue for the current year Tax benifited certificate / Form 12C,

But your branch concern person inform me that they are unable to issue this certificate because Tax generated system is not working from a long time to till date, also they have already inform their HO. to do the needful.

plz resolve iis immediatedly otherwise we have facing a lot of problem.
